I’ve heard about the once a year flea carpet treatment and I’m wondering if it really works. I see you sell this product; have you had good success with it?

We have been selling ONCE A YEAR TREATMENTS for over ten years and we have found it to work very well. This is probably because the flea granules get down to the bottom or nap of the carpeting where flea eggs and larvae seem to gravitate. The eggs and larvae die off by contact since the flea granules work as a drying agent and essentially dehydrates them before they can grow up to biting adults. By keeping the flea cycle in check, fleas are never able to get established in the carpeting which really makes flea control easy. As our on line Flea Control article explains, breaking the flea cycle is paramount when treating and it just seems like the once a year treatment does this the best.

My house is infested with fleas and I’m hoping you can explain how I can treat the problem myself. I can’t afford to pay a pest control service right now. Is this something I can do myself?

Do you know if high humidity will help fleas? I’m thinking my basement, which is always really moist, is an ideal place for fleas to be reproducing and since we seem to get a flea problem there each summer, I’m thinking the humidity might be the problem. Do you know if reducing the humidity will help stop the fleas from multiplying so much?

I have read your flea control article and want to do a flea carpet treatment but I’m not sure if I should use your flea spray or the flea carpet granules. I have them bad. Every day we vacuum but they come right back within an hour. I’d say we’re picking 30-50 off our legs daily. Which products would you advise we get? The pets are being treated daily and I do plan on getting some of the products you recommend for them too but I understand this process will take awhile to resolve. I just want to use the best flea carpet treatment products and will await your answer before I order anything.

We have 10 cats in house which never go outside in the yard. We have a large screened in patio where they spend much of the day light hours.  Several of these cats we are not able to handle or catch so brushing or washing is not possible for some of them. I realize the problem but am hopeful you and your products may be our answer.  We vacuum and clean daily so are willing to do other things you may suggest.

I’m a real estate agent and commonly have to enter homes which have flea infestations. The crazy thing is most times I know about the problem ahead of time so I can try to protect myself. So far I’ve learned that really strong Deet will help keep them off me as will Permethrin. Do you offer these chemicals? I want to spray my lower legs or clothing before entering these flea infested homes so I don’t get bit. Is this what you would recommend?
